How To Deal With Criticism.



This is so out of the blue to all of you it’s still something us bloggers need to read/hear once in a while.

I’m an avid YouTube consumer and I follow a lot of YouTubers, most of them beauty related. I’m like everyone else, I have people I like more and people I like less.

Recently I stumbled upon a website that has a “trash a guru” and an “abhorred bloggers” section and I read a few threads.

What I Eat in a Day

Today I have a post quite different from all of my other posts and I couldn't be happier, hopefully you like it!
My friend Jasmine from Color U Bold joined me in this to kick start my Healthy February, check her version of this article here!

DISCLAIMER: I’m not a nutritionist so don’t follow this as a diet, it’s just for fun and to try something different. If you think I don’t eat enough carbohydrates or things you could find in a “normal” diet, that’s because I have hypothyroidism and there are a lot of things I have to stay away from. 

So let’s get started!

First thing in the morning I have a large glass of lemon water, unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of it but I do have a post on the benefits of lemon water!

My breakfast this day consisted of a piece of toast with banana. You’re going to see bananas a lot since it’s my favorite fruit!


For lunch I had a salad and a small bowl of white rice with garlic. 


 
Snack!! I love snacking and what better way to do so than with a plate of fresh fruit? Did anyone say banana?




It’s time for dinner! In Spain we have a different “schedule” than in the US or England, our dinner tends to be really late at night, but for me, I have it very early since I like to eat 1 or 2 hours before going to bed.
My dinner this day consisted of a zucchini soup and a large glass of lemon water (which I have with every meal).


I also forgot to mention I’m vegan so that’s why meat is nowhere to be found!
